It's a modern hotel in the new building. Everyone who works in the property is AFFABLE and welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional and wonderful, with made-to-order eggs, sheep's yogurt and incredible cheeses. I would return anytime and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Came in Pienza to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was comfortable base for doing it. The employees of the property were really helpful and attentive. The room was fairly quiet and new-fashioned with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the private bathroom. The location was top, just off pienza's hillside and the world's most beautiful valley. Furthermore, by foot through the forest...

Free parking on site provided. Everything perfect. Location right by gorgeous Tuscany and Pienza and surrounding area.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The view from the hotel was amazing, especially during the sunset. It was also easy to get to nearby towns and attractions.

Our Christmas stay was not what we expected. The heating in the room was inadequate and the room was quite cold.

My partner and I stayed at A440 in Pienza for a week and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the charming little garden right outside our window. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center. It was a shame we didn't have time to use the pool, but it was definitely an added bonus. I would highly recommend A440 as a base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Pienza.

We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the rolling hills and admiring the charming nearby towns. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The spacious rooms were appointed with all essential amenities and even provided a cozy seating area.

The walk back from the nearby town in the dark was a bit scary with no proper lighting. It was also quite a trek to get to the hotel, as the final approach was through a single-lane narrow road.
